FABRICATION METHOD

We produce PI Ducts with new generation electronical technologies i.e., CNC Operated 5 Axis cutting machine to cut duct profiles with CUT EXPERT Software.

Advantages of fully machine fabricated PI Ducts :

Advantages of PI Ducts Over GI Ducts :

Weight of PI duct work will be only 1/3rd of Sheet metal Ducts. Less labour is required and easier Installation. Less number of supports, hence reduces cost of hanging. Less Air leakage as it is fully sealed with sealant. No need of additional insulations.

Access Doors are designed to provide a practical and inexpensive access to components inside the duct work. Recommended for use in low to medium pressure duct systems

Sand Trap Louvers

GENERAL

The sand trap louver is used at the fresh air inlet duct of the air handling unit. It can lower the dust loading of conventional filtration as it is designed to separate large size sand particles at low to medium speeds.

MATERIAL : Made of Hot-dipped Galvanised Steel (Lockforming quality) with coating designation of G 90 as per standard specification ASTM A527.

CONSTRUCTION:

The vertically arranged blade sections and holes for sand drainage ensure that the sand trap louver is self cleaning. Fabricated fully with Rivets & self locks.

MATERIAL

The Manual Volume Control Damper is manufactured from galvanized steel sheets. Confirming to ASTM A 527 G90 coating.

SMACNA

Its body is mode out of gauge 18G/20G.

STANDARD CONSTRUCTION

Its blades are from 18G/20G Gauge G.S. sheet, mounted on bronze bushes and operated by shaft of dia with the help of a continuous linkage which allows the damper to open and close.
The quadrant is fixed on the above shaft to operate & adjust the damper.
